The government has fixed the lunch time for civil and public service employees only for half an hour during office hours.
In the proposal to open the office on public holidays and vacation days, provisions regarding lunch for the employees have also been added.
In the proposal decided by the Council of Ministers last Monday, it is said, “lunch time from 1:30 to 2 pm.”
Earlier, it was criticized that there was no uniformity in lunch time in government offices and some office workers did not work for an hour in the name of lunch time.
Addressing this, the government has managed lunch time and other holidays. This decision will be implemented after it is published in the gazette.
