The Ministry of Health and Population has so far tested 441 people suspected of having the coronavirus. All those tested did not find the infection of Covid 19, known as the coronavirus
The ministry is investigating a suspected person’s sample in a laboratory after a coronary infection was found in a bus from China’s Wuhan on January 9. A sample of the person from Buhan was sent to Hong Kong. Then the Ministry started corona testing in Nepal with the required kit.
The ministry has issued a press release saying that no one has seen infection so far in the trials conducted in Nepal. It also said that proper arrangements were made to avoid the possibility of infection even though no infection was seen.
Stating that additional manpower and equipment have been provided at the airport, the ministry said regular spraying of drugs is being done to prevent infection.
‘Health check-ups have been started by establishing health decks in cooperation with the state and local level at 37 border points with neighboring countries,’ the release said.
The ministry said monitoring was made more effective and necessary initiatives were taken to increase production capacity within the country so as to ensure the absence of medicines and pharmaceuticals.
