35 employees who have been cut will also be allowed to join public service

Under the local service, the employees who have passed the age of 35 will also be eligible to compete in the advertisement of the Federal Public Service Commission.

According to the order of the Supreme Court, the employees who have completed 35 years under the local service will be allowed to join the public service.

The Public Service Commission had published a notice of advertisement for the post of Branch Officer or equivalent on 28 mansir 2079. In which there was a provision that employees who have completed 35 years of local service cannot fight. A writ was filed in the Supreme Court against the provision.

In the same writ, the Supreme Court issued an interim order and ordered that candidates who have completed 35 years of age should not be stopped from appearing in the examination.
