Notice Regarding Online Application for Scholarship Entrance Examination

Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Education Department, informs all concerned that for the academic year 2081, students who have passed Grade 10 and are preparing to study Grade 11, and wish to apply for the scholarship entrance examination for higher education scholarship (school/college level), must fill out the online application form. The form must be filled out via the Kathmandu Metropolitan City website www.kathmandu.gov.np under the “entrance.kathmandu.gov.np” section.

Important Dates:

1. Application Form Submission Period:
   From: 2081 Ashar 17 (1st July 2024)
   To: 2081 Ashar 23 (7th July 2024) until 11:45 PM

2. Admit Card Distribution:
   Date: 2081 Ashar 25 (9th July 2024)
   Time: From 10:00 AM onwards

3. Scholarship Entrance Examination Date and Time:
   Date: 2081 Ashar 26 (10th July 2024)
   Time: From 11:00 AM onwards

4. Exam Center: Will be mentioned on the admit card

Note: Students who passed SEE from institutional schools and are permanent residents of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Wards 1 to 32 are eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
