Notice Regarding New Student Admission in Grade 11

According to the results published by the National Examination Board for the academic year 2081/82, applications are invited from interested students who meet the prescribed qualifications for admission in Grade 11 (General and Technical stream) in the following affiliated colleges of CTEVT. Interested candidates are requested to submit their applications within the stipulated deadline. Entrance examinations will be conducted by the respective colleges, and the selection process will be carried out accordingly.

Applications are accepted only from female students for Bijeswori Gyan Mandir Sainik College. Please refer to the websites of each college for further information regarding teaching-learning, admission process, scholarships, and other programs.

Documents to be submitted along with the application:

1. Photocopy of the SEE Grade Sheet and Character Certificate – 1 copy

2. Photocopy of the SEE Admit Card – 1 copy

3. Photocopy of the Birth Certificate – 1 copy

4. Passport-sized photo (recent, taken within the last 6 months, with school uniform and white background) – 1 copy

5. Recommendation letter from the school (specifically for applicants to Bijeswori Gyan Mandir) – 1 copy

Note:
(a) Students who studied up to Grade 10 in the English medium and scored a minimum GPA of 2.8 in SEE with at least grade C in Science and Mathematics can apply for the Science stream.

(b) Students scoring a minimum GPA of 1.6 and having at least grade D+ in compulsory Mathematics and English can apply for the Management stream.

(c) Separate entrance exams will be conducted for each college. Admission will be based on the merit of entrance exam results and interview.

(d) Students must bring the original documents during the entrance exam/interview.
