Notice Regarding Application for Grade 12 Retotaling

The National Examination Board, Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, informs that students who appeared in the regular/partial examination of Grade 12 conducted by the Board in the month of Baisakh 2082 BS (April–May 2025) and whose results were published on 2082/04/19 BS (August 4, 2025) may apply for re-totaling of their answer sheets. Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of result publication, that is, by 2082/05/02 BS (August 18, 2025). Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Process for Submitting Application Online:

1. Go to neb.gov.np and click on Online Payment (Retotaling).

2. Or visit payment.neb.gov.np/StudentPortal.

3. Enter your Symbol No. and Date of Birth (DOB), then click Search.

4. Select the subject(s) you want to apply for retotaling and click Apply.

5. Pay the fee through Digital Wallet or Bank Payment.

6. Save the confirmation message after payment.

7. For results, visit the official website: neb.gov.np.

Important:

• Last date for submission: 2082/05/02 BS (August 18, 2025) till 3:00 PM.

• Fee: Rs. 500/- per subject.
