Lok Sewa Aayog Vacancy for Section Officer (Sakha Adhikrit) 2079

Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog) Nepal central Office Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, Information and Publication Branch has advertised for open and inclusive competitive written examination for Civil Service Gazetted 3rd Class Non-Technical.

Candidates who fulfill the assigned minimum qualification of Public Service Commission Section Officer (Sakha Adhikrit) Form 2079 should apply through the Lok Sewa Aayog online application system psconline1.psc.gov.np.

Matters to be considered by the candidates while applying

1. According to Section 21 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, candidates for promotion must have completed the minimum service period and have attained educational qualifications.
2. Should not be ineligible for promotion as per section 22 of the Civil Service Act, 2049.
3. Qualified as per Rule 76 or Rule 88 of Civil Service Rules, 2050.
4. While filling the application form, the reference number obtained by you from the civil library must be mentioned compulsorily.
5. In the case of educational qualifications for which equivalence has to be determined, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted compulsorily.
6. One month or more in matters related to the service, group or sub-group in a post one grade below the post to be promoted on application.
   A copy of the certificate of in-service training should be submitted.
7. The details as mentioned in all sections of the application form should be clearly disclosed.
8. Application fee Rs. 1,200.- (one thousand two hundred) will have to be submitted.

Type of Examination:- Written, Skill Test, Group Test and Interview.

Examination center:- First stage: All offices of the Commission.

Second stage: As specified by the Commission’s Dhankuta, Jaleshwar, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet and Dipayal offices. The examination for the posts of National Human Rights Service will be as prescribed by the Public Service Commission, Central Office.

Application Fee:- Application fee for each advertisement is Rs. 1,200.- (one thousand two hundred) will have to be submitted.

In the case of candidates who apply in additional advertisements for the same service/group/sub-group post, Rs. 400.- (four hundred) additional fee will have to be paid.

 

Lok Sewa Aayog section officer exam syllabus

Last date of submission of application: 2079/9/19 and double payment until 2079/9/26.

Candidate’s age limit: 21 years of age till 2079/9/19 and not exceeding 35 years and not exceeding 40 years in case of women and disabled candidates.

There will be no age limit for permanent civil servants in the civil service and permanent employees of the National Human Rights Commission in the posts of the National Human Rights Service.

Method and place of submission of application fee: Online application system of the Application Fee Commission can be submitted electronically either directly or by printing a bank voucher with Master ID and transaction reference number and also cash payment from designated banks.

Application fee submission period: The specified examination fee or double fee must be submitted by 2079-9-27 at the latest.

Documents to be uploaded: Candidates should upload the documents specified in the relevant advertisement including educational qualification, training, experience, business permit certificate, inclusive group opening document in PDF format in the designated place of the online application system.
