Copy of SLC/SEE, +2, Bachelor’s, and Master’s Degree academic certificates and transcripts.
Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
Valid professional registration certificate from relevant council.
Equivalence certificate (if academic degree is obtained from a foreign university).
Application fee:
Rs. 2000 for Assistant positions
Rs. 2500 for Registrar positions (Rs. 500 extra for each additional subject applied)
For Clinical Registrar: Must be 21 years and not exceeding 45 years by the last application date.
For Chief Technical Assistant: Must be 18 years and not exceeding 35 years by the last application date.

Registrar Positions: Written exam and interview.
Assistant Positions: Only interview.
