  2. Photocopy of Marksheet of each year or semester

Fee for making Tribhuvan University Transcript Certificate:

In case of Proficiency Certificate Level (Inter):-

  • Annual System Fee Rs.350/-
  • Semester System Fee Rs.450/-

In case of Proficiency Certificate Level (Inter):-

In case of Bachelor Level :-

If Name, Registration No has to be corrected or maintained in the Marksheet, the following documents should be included along with it.

  1. College letter (year, roll number and section should be open)
  2. Original Admit Card
  3. Photocopy of Registration Card
  4. Original Marksheet must be brought

if name, registration no has to be corrected or maintained in the marksheet, the following documents should be included along with it.

Documents required to make Tribhuvan University Migration Certificate:

  1. Registration Card Slip
  2. Recommendation letter from respective college or campus
  3. The seal of the campus or college and the signature of the official person on the Migration Form taken from the inquiry room of Panika(Exam Control Office).
  4. Fee Rs.1,000/-
  5. If there is no Registration Card, an additional fee of Rs.200/- will be charged.

Change of Subject:

Before the publication of the result, a fee of Rs. 400/- per subject will be charged for changing/correcting the subject.

Re-Totaling

Within 35 days from the date of publication of the result, the application should be submitted to the Examination Control Office Balkhu or Regional Examination Control Offices at the rate of Rs. 200 per subject along with the fee.
