Notice regarding the establishment of examination centers for the Kharidar or equivalent (Non-technical) position under Internal Competition.

This notice is published for the information of all concerned that the written examination for the Kharidar or equivalent (Non-technical) position, under Advertisement No. 11307/081-82 (Internal Competition) of the Public Service Commission, Jaleshwor Office, under the joint and integrated examination system of Justice and Administration Services, for candidates whose applications were accepted with Jaleshwor as their examination center, will be conducted at the following dates, times, and examination centers.

Furthermore, candidates requiring an assisting writer must submit an application to this office with reasons and documentary evidence for needing an assisting writer, as per Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. This application must be submitted at least 10 (ten) days before the examination date. Candidates must arrive at the designated examination center at least 1 (one) hour before the start of the examination. Important points that candidates appearing for the examination must compulsorily follow are mentioned below in Note 1.

Note 1:

  1. The examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Public Service Commission.
  2. Only black ink must be used in the examination.
  3. Calculators are not allowed in the objective examination. Furthermore, for multiple-choice questions, only answers written in English capital letters (A, B, C, D) will be recognized.
  4. Bags, smartwatches, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are prohibited in the examination hall.
  5. Candidates must compulsorily bring their admit card along with their citizenship card or any other identification card issued by the Government of Nepal with a photograph.
  6. Candidates must fully comply with the instructions given by the personnel assigned to the examination.
  7. Due to infectious diseases, candidates must arrange for their own masks, sanitizers, and drinking water.
  8. Candidates requiring an assisting writer must submit an application to the Public Service Commission office with reasons and documentary evidence for needing an assisting writer.
