As per the Sudurpashchim Province Public Welfare Advertisement Distribution Procedure, 2079, this public notice is published to inform all concerned stakeholders that organizations interested in the publication and broadcasting of public welfare advertisements issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law are required to submit the necessary documents.
From the date of publication of this notice, all eligible media organizations must submit an application along with the required documents to this Ministry in accordance with Rule 7 (First Amendment) of the Sudurpashchim Province Public Welfare Advertisement Distribution Procedure, 2079.
This notice is issued for information to all concerned.
a) Copy of the organization’s registration certificate / constitution / rules
b) Copy of registration certificate of the media organization with the concerned regulatory authority
c) Copy of license or permit issued for operating the media organization
d) Copy of the most recent tax clearance certificate
e) Proof of newspaper registration with the Press Council, copy of the latest issue published, and letter confirming regular publication
f) In the case of television, proof of license, broadcast approval, and confirmation of regular broadcasting
g) Proof of registration with relevant authorities for online media
h) In case the media is operated by an individual, copy of citizenship certificate
All copies of the above documents must be certified (self-attested) and submitted along with the application.
