Notice Regarding Recruitment for Contract Service – Bharatpur Nursing Campus

This Nursing Campus of Bharatpur, under the Institute of Medicine, is seeking Nepali citizens to fill the vacant post of contractual employees as requested by Bharatpur Hospital. Therefore, applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

A written examination will be conducted. The examination fee must be deposited in account number 06900002040356500001 at Nepal Bank Limited, Bharatpur branch.

Type of Exam: Written Exam

Application Process:

1. Application must be submitted with the bank voucher after depositing the exam fee of Rs. 1,000 (One thousand) at Nepal Bank Limited, Bharatpur branch in account no. 06900002040356500001.

2. Application form sale and submission deadline: 2082/10/04 within office hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

3. Exam date, time, and venue will be announced later.

4. Only shortlisted applicants will be allowed to attend the written exam.

Minimum Qualification & Requirements:

1. Applicant must be a Nepali citizen.

2. Minimum educational qualification: SEE/SLC passed, and must hold a valid certificate in technical training related to the post.

3. Age: Completed 18 years and below 50 years.

4. No criminal record and not convicted by any court.

5. Required documents to be submitted with application:

   • Application form

   • Copy of citizenship certificate

   • Academic certificates

   • Training certificates

   • Experience letters (if any)

   • Bank deposit voucher

   • 2 passport-sized photos

Additional Instructions:

1. Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will be rejected.

2. Selected candidates must contribute to the campus as per rules and regulations.

3. Final result and appointment details will be published after completion of the recruitment process.

No action will be taken on applications submitted after the deadline.
