Notice Regarding Filling of the Teacher Ka.Sa.Mu Form for the Academic Session 2079

The Teachers Service Commission has informed that the teacher’s performance evaluation form (Ka.Sa.Mu)for the academic session 2079 should be completed by the end of Baishak.

In the sub-rule (7) of rule 326 of the Teachers Service Commission Regulations, 2057 (with amendments), there is a provision that permanent teachers working in public schools should fill the performance evaluation form in their respective schools and submit it to the principal within 30 days of the commencement of the new academic session.

In the same way, as mentioned in sub-rules (8 and 9) regarding the evaluation of the performance evaluation form, last year due to the infection of covid-19 due to the abnormal situation, the period for filling the performance evaluation form of the academic session 2078 was maintained until 2079-02-30.

As this situation does not exist at present, there is a request for arrangements to register the performance evaluation form for the academic session 2079 compulsorily within the 30th of 2080-01-01.

All concerned are also requested to pay attention to the following things while registering and evaluating the performance evaluation form.
