Notice Inviting Applications for the Position of Vice-Chairperson

The National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) informs all eligible and interested Nepali citizens to submit applications for the position of Vice-Chairperson, as per the provision of National Health Science Academy Act, 2074 and National Health Science Academy (Formation, Work, Duties, Rights and Procedures) Regulation, 2074.

The Recommendation Committee Secretariat located at the Ministry of Health and Population, Singhadurbar, Kathmandu, invites eligible applicants to submit their applications within 7 (seven) days from the publication date of this notice (first published on Gorkhapatra National Daily).

Applicants must attach the following documents:

1. Application Letter

2. Copies of documents proving eligibility as required by:

   • National Health Science Academy Act, 2074

   • Related rules, regulations, and decisions of various committee meetings

   • Duties, rights, and responsibilities mentioned in the Act and Regulation

   • Experience and qualification required for the post

3. Copies of documents supporting related experience and qualifications

4. Self-declaration stating no disqualification

5. Other necessary documents as specified by the committee

6. Details of prior experience in managerial and organizational leadership roles
