0 Comments According to Rule 20 of the Kathmandu Valley Drinking Water Management Board Regulation, 2063, applications are invited from qualified Nepali citizens to fill the vacant post of Executive Director. Interested candidates are requested to submit their applications to the Secretariat of the Selection and Recommendation Committee within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notice at the Board Office, Sainbu, Bhaisepati, Lalitpur.
Required Post: Executive Director
Required Qualifications: As mentioned in Section 17 (1) of the Kathmandu Valley Drinking Water Management Board Act, 2063, and Rule 20 of the Regulation, 2063.
Tenure: As per Section 17 (2) of the Act, 2063, the tenure will be five (5) years from the date of appointment, and the same person may be reappointed for another term of five (5) years if deemed appropriate.
Service, Terms, and Facilities: As mentioned in Sub-section (11) of Section 17 of the Act, 2063, and Rule 14 of the Regulation, 2063.
Duties, Responsibilities, and Authority: As mentioned in Section 18 of the Act, 2063, and Rule 22 of the Regulation, 2063.
Grounds for Dismissal: As mentioned in Section 20 of the Act, 2063.
