The Province Public Service Commission, Karnali Province (Exam Operations and Management Branch), has issued a notice regarding the examination center for the first phase written examination for the Assistant Level, Fifth Tier, or equivalent position in the Provincial Civil Service (Technical).
This notice is published for the information of all concerned candidates whose application forms have been accepted for Advertisement No. 481/2081-082 (Open Category), Provincial Health Service, Radiographer Group, Assistant Level, Fifth Tier, Radiography position. The first phase written examination will be conducted as per the pre-determined exam schedule at the following date, time, and location:

Important Instructions for Candidates:
- The examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission, as per the scheduled program.
- Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the examination without an admit card. Candidates requiring a copy of their admit card must obtain it from this office at least one day before the examination. Candidates must arrive at the examination center at least 1 (one) hour before the exam begins.
- Candidates must bring their original Nepali citizenship certificate or any photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to participate in the examination.
- Candidates must fully comply with the instructions given by the personnel deployed for the examination.
- Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination hall.
- Only a black ink pen/dot pen must be used in the answer sheet.
