According to the decision dated 2082 Mansir 16–17 and subsequent discussions, the Nepal Medical Council will conduct a Special Examination for granting a Special Registration Certificate to foreign doctors currently working in various hospitals/medical colleges of Nepal under the MD/MS/MDS or equivalent postgraduate specialist programs.
All concerned candidates must submit the following documents while applying:
Required Documents:
a) Application request letter for a Special Registration Certificate.
b) Temporary or Permanent Registration Certificate of Nepal Medical Council (copy).
c) Certificate related to specialist qualification (copy).
d) Two passport-size photographs.
e) Candidates who studied in Nepal: submit a copy of Passport or Nepali Citizenship and PG Eligibility Certificate.
f) Candidates who studied in India or abroad: submit a copy of Passport/Immigration documents and PG Eligibility Certificate.
Only doctors working in Nepal until Kartik 18, 2082 and who were working in Nepal on Mansir 16–17, 2082 will be allowed to participate in this Special Examination. A letter from the concerned hospital/college confirming work status and exact working date must be submitted.

Application must be properly filled and signed by the applicant.
