0 Comments According to the guidelines of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), students studying in community/private schools under TECS/TSLC programs who have failed in one subject (out of 24 months academic calendar) in the final exam of the Pre-Diploma Level, held in 2080, and students who had previously failed one subject (even from past years) will be eligible to give a chance exam (one subject).
This exam is being conducted as per the rules in the year 2079, Clause 3(4B). The examination will be held from 2081 Sharawan 17, and the exam schedule (routine) will be published later.
This notice has been published to inform all eligible students about the form submission timeline, location, and method.
Institutions must log in to ITMS Online using their user ID, print the form, and distribute it to students.
For students who failed in only one subject, institutions must fill in the exam form through ITMS Online and print the form, admit card, exam sheet, and roll number.
Institutions must keep a record of students’ exam forms, along with the payment receipt and documents, and verify that all information is accurate. Submission of incorrect information may result in cancellation of the exam form.
Forms must be submitted only online; physical (manual) submission will not be accepted.
Late or incomplete forms will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Form Submission Period (Normal Fee): Until 2081 Ashar 20
Exam Start Date: From 2081 Sharawan 17
Exam Form Fee (One Subject Re-Exam): NPR 500
(Amount to be collected from students and deposited through the institution)
Payment must be made through ConnectIPS or other online banking methods by the institution.
Deadline for payment upload: By 2081 Ashar 20
One student can apply for only one subject in this re-exam.
