To make employee posting scientific and systematic, the government has prepared a new transfer standard.
The tendency of staying at the center for a long time and showing disinterest in going to the local level created problems in the service flow, so the government is going to make new provisions to end it.
Federal Affairs and Local General Administration Minister Amanlal Modi informed that a new standard is going to be made to solve the problems prevalent in employee transfers.
The ministry is about to make a standard for assigning employees to the same position as their posts. The tendency to be transferred according to oneself and to remain as flexible as possible is prevalent in the staff circle. For this reason, dozens of local levels across the country have run on the basis of the Nimitta.
It is also about to make a policy that the employees who are stationed at the center must go out to be replaced. Federal Affairs and General Administration Minister Amanlal Modi says that he has given instructions to provide the data of employees who have not gone out.
According to him, the employees who have been in the same branch for two years will be changed, while those who have been in the same position for three years will be sent elsewhere. He also informed that a policy is being made to send employees who have been in the same position at the center for four years to the local level.
The unnatural interest of the leaders in employee transfer has also been creating problems. Minister Modi says that everyone should accept what happens in the system.
It seems that everyone accepts what happens in the system. I don’t do wrong and I don’t let others do it either,” he said.
