The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations, has published a notice inviting applications from qualified instructors to be enlisted for the review and revision of examination answer sheets.

The notice, published on Jestha 31, 2081, aims to create a roster of eligible teaching professionals to ensure the quality, reliability, and fairness of the evaluation process for various diploma, pre-diploma, and certificate-level examinations conducted by CTEVT.

Interested instructors from CTEVT’s constituent, partnership, TEVT-run, and affiliated private institutions are encouraged to apply online.

Eligibility and Requirements

To be considered for the roster, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Educational Qualification: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in the relevant subject.

  2. Teaching Experience: At least three years of teaching experience in the corresponding subject at the diploma/certificate or pre-diploma level.

  3. Current Position: Must be a permanent, temporary, or contract-based instructor currently employed at a CTEVT-affiliated institution.

Application Process

Eligible instructors must submit their applications through the official CTEVT examination portal, www.ctevtexam.org.np, by the deadline of Ashadh 13, 2081.

Applicants will be required to create a user profile and upload scanned copies of the following documents:

  • Nepali Citizenship Certificate

  • Recent passport-sized photograph

  • Educational certificates (from SEE/SLC onwards)

  • A copy of their appointment letter

  • A letter of recommendation from the head of their respective institution.

This initiative is part of CTEVT’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its examination system and maintain high academic standards across all its programs. Interested individuals are advised to complete the application process well before the deadline.
