Notice Regarding the Availability of Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2081 Results via SMS/IVR and Website

The National Examination Board, Examination Control Office, Class 10, hereby issues this notice regarding the dissemination of results of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2081 through SMS, IVR (telephone), and website services.

Interested organizations/institutions/companies willing to provide this result dissemination service via SMS, IVR, or website must submit a formal application to this office no later than 2082/03/04, along with all required documents and information as per the conditions mentioned below:

Conditions:

  1. The organization/institution/company must be legally registered.

  2. The organization/institution/company must be tax registered and must have cleared tax payments for the fiscal year 2080/81.

  3. The fees for providing result services are:

    • Via SMS: NPR 40,000 (forty thousand rupees),

    • Via Website: NPR 20,000 (twenty thousand rupees),

    • Via SMS and Website: NPR 60,000 (sixty thousand rupees),

    • Via SMS, IVR, and Website: NPR 100,000 (one lakh rupees).
      These charges are for service permission and promotion.

  4. The fee must be deposited into the internal revenue account of the Examination Control Office, Class 10, under revenue title number 14223 and office code 350313301.

  5. While submitting the proposal, the applicant must clearly mention the specific services (SMS, IVR, and/or Website) they intend to provide.

  6. The result data will only be made available after the official publication of the SEE 2081 results.

  7. The result dissemination service must be terminated one month after the result publication date.

  8. Institutions that have received authorization to provide result-related services must deposit the fee before submitting the final application. Otherwise, the application will not be accepted.

  9. The National Examination Board, Examination Control Office, Class 10, holds full authority to approve or reject any application for result dissemination services.

  10. Only authorized institutions will be permitted to provide website-based result services.

  11. Additional terms and conditions will be stated in the agreement.

  12. If any institution is found disseminating result data without fulfilling the above criteria or without official approval, legal action will be taken as per prevailing laws.
