Teachers Service Commission has requested applications for teacher promotion on the basis of internal competitive examination (25 percent) and performance evaluation (75 percent).
Applications have been requested to fill vacant teaching posts in various district levels and categories in community schools based on internal competitive examination and work ability assessment as per the approved posts by Nepal government.
According to Rule 27 of the Teachers Service Commission Regulations, 2057, potential candidates for promotion should fill the application form prescribed by the Commission.
For the internal competitive examination (25 percent), the online application can be submitted through the Commission’s official online application system https://online.tsc.gov.np from the date of Bhadra 11.
Also, it has been mentioned in the notification that personal details and submitted documents cannot be amended/revised or added to after submitting the revenue receipt while applying for the online application.
It said that the online application should be made only after ensuring the details and documents to be submitted and if there is a difference later, the person will be responsible and liable and no action can be taken by the commission in this regard.
For teacher promotion (75 percent) on the basis of performance evaluation, the application form prescribed by the commission should be submitted through the relevant education development and coordination unit. The Education Development and Coordination Unit has also requested to take the application form based on this.
